Powerfusion dba High Risk Central ("High Risk Central") provides independent payment processing consulting, merchant account placement advisory, and payment gateway technical integration support. High Risk Central is not a chartered commercial bank, depository institution, or direct credit card issuer.
2. No Guarantee of Approval or Specific Terms
Submission of an intake form or preliminary documents does not constitute a guaranteed offer of merchant account approval, specific discount rates, reserve terms, or processing limits. Merchant approvals and contract terms are decided exclusively by independent, licensed acquiring banks and credit card brand risk committees based upon their internal underwriting criteria.
3. Merchant Responsibility for Compliance
Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring that their business operations, marketing claims, products, and customer terms adhere to applicable local, state, federal, and international laws. This includes compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, FDA labeling standards, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) requirements, and Card Brand (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) operating rules.
